There'll be few more popular choices at the meeting than LINDRICK NIALL (trap 3) as he should simply leave these opponents toiling in his wake. Keston Rose (trap 1) recently banked the winner's cheque and rates a threat on the back of that form. Sensational Sue (trap 5) will be in with a shout if things go to plan.

Hopefully TREWMOUNT LADY (trap 1) will be poised and ready to go at the start and then can lead these a merry dance throughout. Longrange Brody (trap 6) recently brought home the bacon and would threaten if he doesn't make a pigs ear of this. Millhouse Craig (trap 4) is respected on the back of his recent win.

BALYMACKEN ESKE (trap 4) will have to be apprehended if making a swift getaway and he may not get picked up by anything in this field if that is the case. The support seems unrelenting for BALLINULTY SUE (trap 3) and she makes plenty of appeal to put these rivals to the sword. Frank Farmer (trap 4) looks more at the home in this line-up and should make the selection work hard. The layers tend to adopt a cautious approach with Geneva Saturn (trap 5) and she is in with a chance.

It's not difficult being overly bullish about the chances of SKYWALKER TINO (trap 3), but he does smack of a 'good thing' in this line-up and could win as he pleases. The recent win of King Stevie (trap 6) was very encouraging and he is the danger on the back of it. Glengar Pongo (trap 5) is still a bit of an unknown quantity here, so is worth keeping an eye on.

MINEOLA SWIFT (trap 4) has a big part to play in the destination of the main prize in this contest and hopefully she can get the job done. Solid Turelius (trap 1) has the talent to run a big race and can keep the selection honest throughout. Skirk Mia (trap 6) is fully tuned into the routine right now and can make the frame.

The chance of BALLYMAC SOLAS (trap 1) shouldn't be underestimated and, with a trouble-free passage looking likely, he gets the nod to hit the tape first. The downgrade could bring about a change in fortune for Gotta Gettaway (trap 6), who is feared. Will there be any market confidence behind the downgraded Baytown Barbie (trap 4)?

SWIFT EMMY (trap 4) shouldn't be underestimated and, indeed, if getting the rub of the green, could be the one to annex first prize. There should be a few ripples in the ring for Emers Tassie (trap 5), who can certainly make a play for gold. The downgraded Lady Mystical (trap 2) can be around at the close of play.
