HEADFORD ROVER (trap 4) appears on a winning mark and, while this isn't an event to get too heavily involved in, she looks the most likely to come out on top. Trial watchers have been impressed by Drombeg Molly (trap 1) in qualifying and she can give a solid account. Burnpark Lorna (trap 2) has been limbering up well in qualifying trials and is worth keeping on side.

CROKERS TOBY (trap 3) gets the vote although this isn't the most inviting contest on the card. Hopefully, though, he will get the run of the race. Burnpark Layla (trap 4) shouldn't be leaving empty handed and is capable of putting it up to the selection. Killanin Bob (trap 1) looks well boxed on the inside and should exploit it to get involved.

Providing BALLYGIBBON ONE (trap 1) is on her toes early on and returns one of her better efforts, she could be the answer to this trappy number. Aghaderry Bri (trap 6) is very much on the shortlist as he looks the obvious one to keep the selection busy. Bumblebee Lottie (trap 3) may only be able to muster enough of a challenge to take out third.

ON THE RADIO (trap 2) looks a backable proposition against these as he appears to hold cast iron claims to produce a gold run. Derra Bear (trap 5) has the ammunition to run a huge race and could hit the target if the pick messes up. Blaze Bill (trap 4) will launch a medal challenge, but may have to be satisfied with bronze.

Significant support could come pouring in for RINNWOOD LEO (trap 3) today as this looks a very winnable contest and one that he can gobble up. Crokers Tonic (trap 6) isn't the sort that will be throwing the towel in and should be battling for the full duration. Mounvoor Lady (trap 1) is good enough to get amongst them especially when it matters.

DENNYS BEST (trap 2) has a big chance against this calibre of opposition and can get the job done if showing the required killer instinct. Straws Gift (trap 4) is a relative novice round here and would command serious respect if the odds contract. Barntick Midget (trap 3) will do better in time round here but she is shaping up okay.

SOBER MAGS (trap 3) will improve for further course knowledge but hasn't chunks to find in this and could be good enough to take gold. Heathlawn Lucy (trap 1) can finish close up here and, as such, commands plenty of respect. The blue vest isn't ideal for Kilballyowen Boy (trap 2), but he still has a chance.

You can count the number of races GRANGEVIEW ZOEY (trap 1) has had round here on one hand and this scopey sort could be the one to side with. Oaktree Roxy (trap 6) is expected to be in the mix passing the judge and is sure to be popular. Cragbrien Sydney (trap 5) can frame up if cheating the draw and avoiding early scrimmaging.

The search for the winner could start and stop with EILEENS STORY (trap 6) as she looks to hold all the right credentials to blow these rivals off the park. Abigails Hope (trap 5) may not enjoy top billing but certainly has a major role to play in proceedings. Crokers Burko (trap 1) is a nice enough sort who can play a role of sorts if enjoying some luck.
