The recent effort of RIFLE BULLET (trap 6) is firmly in the mind and he can be expected to give a bold showing in this contest. If the early bird is going to catch the worm, then Punk Rock Hobbit (trap 5) would be a serious contender. Burrow Hoffa (trap 3) is expected to improve with further track experience.

YOUGO DIXIE (trap 4) is ticking over well enough and is expected to come out on top against this level of opposition. Caramels Cream (trap 5) will surely be more at home in this class and can be involved at the business end of things. Slipalong Peg (trap 3) is a runner, whereas the rest may be held in a true-run contest.

Relatively calm waters would look to lie ahead of MAKE AN IMPACT (trap 3) and she is fancied to coast to victory against opponents of this calibre. Silly Old Moo (trap 4) is the probable leader and that could be more than half the battle won. Outlaw Gun (trap 2) has quite a big army of fans and they'll be keen to include in combination bets.

GLENMAVIS (trap 1) may prove difficult to beat if enjoying a clear run and she is probably where most of the money will be going in this contest. It may be best keeping Opposite Opinion (trap 2) on side following his recent victory. Hollyhill Lynx (trap 6) is pretty nippy to the corner and should be in the mix when it matters.

The drop in class can only aid the cause of YOUGO JENNY (trap 2) and hopes on a race-winning performance against these are fairly high. There's no reason why Yougo Finn (trap 4) shouldn't run a big race and put it up to the selection. Oioiperfectolads (trap 6) would have a chance if responding well to the starter's gun.

The plan here looks fairly straightforward so far as DONE ME DOSH (trap 2) is concerned, being instantly in the driving seat and leaving them for dust. Clairkeith Prinz (trap 4) is down a peg, so an upturn in fortunes could well be forthcoming. Respect Magical Kirsty (trap 3), something of a new kid in class round here.

ANTIGUA FIFI (trap 1) looks pretty good in this line-up. With an uninterrupted passage around the early bends, she can be first to break the tape. Roanna Dixie (trap 6) has some weight removed from her shoulders and should play a prominent part. Expect a sound effort from Burrows Dreamer (trap 2) as he was last on duty just a few days ago.

ICECOOL MARY (trap 2) jumps off the page in this line-up and she looks worthy of a fairly chunky wager to leaving these opponents toiling in her wake. Insane View (trap 1) has a decent-enough chance and has the selection to beat. Malbay Koda (trap 3) is enjoying the fame that comes with success and should go well again.

ME FIFI (trap 6) boasts a good initial burst of speed and will certainly be the one to catch if making the turn in the driving seat. Wheres Poppy (trap 3) has an eye on the prize and she could have a chance at the top loot. The latest race of Tullamore Prince (trap 5) is fresh in the mind and he is not out of it.

Expectations will be low about any rich pickings surrounding SOBS (trap 4), but expectations of a huge run on the track will be high here. Insane Liam (trap 3) is expected to be in the heat of battle at the finish, so rates a leading contender. Yassoo Choo Choo (trap 6) could give the principals a few scary moments but probably needs a clear.

The judge recently called the name of COOLY PIL PIL (trap 3) as the winner and he could well be repeating himself today as this looks no harder. Amys Onthe Run (trap 6) goes up fast and would threaten if allowed to turn the screw from the front. Classic Piper (trap 5) holds fair credentials and could be around at the business end.

This looks as straightforward as it gets so far as INSANE INVESTA (trap 5) is concerned and she can have the measure of these rivals with plenty to spare. Who Needs Care (trap 3) is unexposed here, so any significant rumbles in the betting jungle should be heeded. Bammer Butler (trap 4) could be muscling in on the action if getting some early breaks.
