HIGHLY promising youngster, Professor Snitch, will join the Tony Brett kennel in Queensland to be prepared for the upcoming Group 2 Flying Amy Classic (520m) at Albion Park.

Professor Snitch (Sennachie-Fabwik) broke the Ipswich maiden class record over 431m on debut when originally trained in Queensland by Kerry Hoggan.

She has been with Steve White in Victoria and is unbeaten in three starts there winning the Warragul Breeders' Stakes in dazzling fashion at her latest outing.

White confirmed today Professor Stitch, winner of five of her six starts and a 30.14 Albion Park winner, will be flown to Queensland on Friday.

“She is a very good bitch but I expect her to become an even better bitch with age and more experience,” said Steve.

“I put her around Sandown on Sunday night in a post to post and she went great.

“The run home is very strong.”

White said he was sending Professor Snitch to Brett early so he could give the bitch a couple of trials around Albion Park to be ready for the Flying Amy Classic.

Heats of the race will be run on June 1 with the $225,000 final on June 8.

“I purposely dodged the Sapphire Crown in Melbourne with her,” said Steve.

“But, I will leave it up to Tony to see if she progresses enough to be considered for the (Group 1) Brisbane Cup at Albion Park.”
