CAVIAR Quality solidified her standing as one of the fastest sprinters in training with a track record breaking Richmond victory on Wednesday afternoon.

Heading into the TSR Access Services Final (330m) as the fastest qualifier, recording a blinding 18.43 in her heat, the daughter of El Grand Senor and All Quality was simply spectacular in Wednesday's final, stopping the clock in a new track record 18.36 scoring by 3 1/2 lengths.

Prepared by Sam Sultana, Wednesday's victory extended the short-courser's record to 13 wins from the 20 career outings, her recent back-to-back Richmond wins made even more impressive by the fact it was on return from a three-month break.

The track record performance was another feather in the cap of brood bitch All Quality, with Wednesday's victory the 185th recorded by her offspring.

Just last week, Caviar Quality's litter-brother La Grand Quality took out the Taylor Family Maiden Classic (407m) in breathtaking style for trainer Darryl Thomas, taking prizemoney earnings won by All Quality's progeny to over the $300,000 mark.

Ask King Jeff (20 wins), Mystic Quality (19 wins), Wicked Quality (15 wins) and Husvinu (14 wins) are just some of All Quality's winning progeny, with Caviar Quality, now sitting on 13 wins, well on her way to topping that list.
