FRESH from her stylish win in Thursday's Don Waldron Memorial (484m) at Casino, promising youngster She Is Fire will step up in distance with the ultimate aim the Group 2 Cyndie's Magic coming up at Albion Park.

Mark Moroney's Fernando Bale-Sweet Fire All bitch scored by a length and a half as the $1.45 favourite in the Waldron Memorial beating Jimary Indiana and Backcreek Benny.

It was her 14th win in 24 starts and took her earnings to $52,000.

"She has drawn box four in a 600 metre fifth grade at Albion Park on Monday night," said Mark.

"It is a stepping stone to a run in the heats of The Cyndie's Magic over 600 metres there."

The Group 2 Cyndie's Magic heats will be run at Albion Park on May 30 with the rich final worth $60,000 to the winner on June 6.

Mark will skip the Beef Week Cup (484m) at Casino next week a race worth $10,000 to the winner to concentrate on a middle distance campaign with She Is Fire.

"The bitch is already crying out for more distance and the beauty of her is that she has got good early pace," he said.

This is in contrast to her dam Sweet Fire All who was a powerful stayer.

"This bitch's run home times are fabulous," said Mark.

"She has only turned two in March and already has started favourite in the (Group 2) Queensland Futurity at Albion Park when she was a baby back in December.

Her record at Albion Park is six starts for four wins and a second.

Moroney pointed out that many of the star stayers coming to Albion Park for the Winter Carnival would likely miss the Cyndie's Magic for the heats of the 710m Dashing Corsair at Albion Park on May 29.
