A long-time family friendship with the Gatts is paying dividends for Western Sydney trainer Trish Chaker.
Chaker who's been involved in the sport for much of her life broke in and pre-trained dogs for Mark and Daniel Gatt and their father Frank, including the likes of Group 1 winning stayer Stanley Road.
"We've always had a good relationship and one day I was speaking to Mark and asked him if they were interested in selling Rita Trish and luckily, they gave us the opportunity to buy her," Chaker said.
"She'd only had a few starts when we got her and she's been a terrific money spinner."

Ritza Trish is by Fernando Bale out of the Gatts former top chaser, Ritza Vonnie, a 12-time winner from 25 starts and Trish has chalked up 13 wins from 39 starts with earnings north of $75,000.

"It's not often you the chance to buy a dog like her so I'm very lucky," Chaker said.
On Saturday night Ritza Trish will step out in the second of four heats of the time-honoured Group 3 Ladies Bracelet (520m) at Wentworth Park.
The red brindle chaser has come up with the prized inside draw, the box she's four of her 11 starts from with another five placings.
"I think she's got a good chance on Saturday," Chaker said. "She's a reliable beginner that rarely runs a bad race.
"She's been a really consistent performer and deserves her chance in a good race like the Ladies Bracelet."
Meanwhile, the males will clash in heats of the Bob Payne Sprint (520m).
Golden Easter Egg winner Power And Glory makes his return in the second heat on Saturday when he takes on six rivals from box 3.
The Ken Burnett-trained chaser is shooting for his fourth straight win at Wentworth Park after going through the Golden Easter Egg series unbeaten.
