GIFTED sprinter Mr. Audacious produced a dazzling front-running display to win Friday night's Group 3 Warragul St. Leger Final (460m).

The Rachael and Mark Bussuttil-trained son of Beast Unleashed extended his overall record to 12 wins from 15 starts when clocking a dashing 25.54s to land the $37,250 event.

Finishing second in the age-restricted feature 6 ½ lengths away was Salad Dodger for Anthony Azzopardi while Kelsey Bale ran third.

For trainers Rachael and Mark Bussutill the St. Leger victory was the biggest of their training career and rounded out what's been a difficult few months following a much publicised incident following the win of Mr. Audacious at Traralgon on June 10.

On a big night of racing at Warragul, the President's Cup (680m) for the stayers went the way of Sally Intention for Pearcedale trainer Todd O'Neill.

The $7335 Simon Benson Memorial Final (460m) was taken out by top flight sprinter Dynamic Prince, justifying his $1.40 favourite tag to score in a flying 25.55.

A finalist in the Group 2 Shepparton Cup, Dynamic Prince took his overall record to 16 wins from 40 starts.
