Stud Increase For Golden Easter Egg Winning Sire

SHE'S A Pearl's slashing victory in the Group 1 Golden Easter Egg at Wentworth Park on Saturday night has continued to thrust her sire Aston Dee Bee into the spotlight of leading stud dogs.

That win followed the victory of Aston Dee Bee's son Vice Grip in the Group 1 Perth Cup only a few weeks before.

The son of Barcia Bale and Aston Elle continues to provide wonderful stats among the best sires in the country.

Overall, he is the sire of the winners of $12 million in stakes and he produces winners to runners at a 20 percent output.

In his 9th attempt at a Group final he's broken through.

In 2021 he is third on the Australia and New Zealand sires list with the winners of $3.5 million at a strike rate of 20 percent easily the best of the top 15 stud dogs.

And, his metropolitan success rate has him third as well with stakes of $1.5 million and again a strike rate of 20 percent winners to runners, the best of the top five.

The great dog's owner Ray Borda has announced that Aston Dee Bee's natural AI service fee will rise to $6600 and his services will be limited to six a month.
