Racing Mourns The Passing Of Sue Barton
WYNDRA All Class's popular owner Sue Barton tragically passed away on Friday morning following her long, brave fight against cancer.
Popular owner Sue Barton tragically passed away this morning.
Sue fought so tenaciously after being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
Sue's fight touched the hearts of the industry when she was trackside in January to watch her girl Annie – Wyndra All Class – take out the Group 1 National Futurity.
Sue is survived by her husband Brian.
The Greyhound Recorder wishes to pass on our thoughts and condolences to Sue and Brian's families, and friends.
Without a doubt, the sentimental favourite in @richmond_greys Oaks Ht 2 tomorrow night will be Wyndra All Class.
Who can forget the story of Sue + Brian Barton, and that emotional win just over a month ago in the G1 @ladbrokescomau National Futurity at Wentworth Park?#thedogs pic.twitter.com/cZ8EmkhYOb
