There's never usually much value offered up by the bookmakers about ALBERTA STAR (trap 6), but a win is a win as they say, and she looks too good for these. Punters will note the recent win of Slash Soul (trap 5) and respect. Mymagicalmoment (trap 1) should make her presence felt. The rest, on the other hand, may find this uphill.

The bookmakers are likely to want to keep OLD FORT CONVOY (trap 1) on side, which will mean unattractive odds, but he is the one they all have to beat. Milltown Rose (trap 6) looks to have a big part to play and is taken to chase the selection home. The price of Only Paddy (trap 3) may suggest he is up against it, but he has a chance.

The odds on reward for FRONT BOO (trap 6) could appear on the mean side, but it is probably with good reason as she looks to hold a great chance. Flyers Matilda (trap 4) will be looking to set a brisk tempo and could be a big threat if doing so. Essjay Evergreen (trap 2) has a chance of making the frame barring accidents.

With less to do, THIRTY TWO BAGS (trap 1) seemingly has a decent chance and she gets the nod in what looks a competitive affair. Supporters will be hopeful Syls Angel (trap 3) is over the exertions of her last race and that she can make a fist of it. Tober Stan (trap 2) has a chance but all things considered does only look third best.

The recent cv of FREEDOM FRISKY (trap 4) is pretty awesome to say the least and her growing base of backers will probably look to go in again. There should be no holding back Chasing Nurses (trap 2), who would be dangerous if getting loose. Fastnet Best (trap 3) has limited races in the book round here, so could improve.

This can be whittled down to a few, with the vote ultimately going the way of AINES ELLE (trap 1) as she can be bossing things when it matters. Churchtown Ninja (trap 2) has been sent off skinny-enough prices recently and is a big player. Ballysloe Spark (trap 4) is often the subject of unrelenting support and he can't be ruled out.

BADMINTON RACHEL (trap 2) pocketed the winner's cheque recently and has every chance of swelling the coffers still further in this contest. Newinn Dysert (trap 5) has been in better class and she is fancied to mount a major challenge. Badminton Shadow (trap 6) goes up fast, but probably needs some argy-bargy in behind to hold on.

There is often some support around for BALLYKEVIN DREAM (trap 5) and a similar scenario is expected today as he does have the makings of the winner of this. Tober Diaz (trap 2) picked up the winner's purse recently and will give it a right good go. Yankee Daisy (trap 3) is sent back out to work quite quickly and she can get amongst them.

ROSSHILL WILDCAT (trap 6) appears to the have hunger for success and rates something of a banker to leave these rivals up the creek without a paddle. Punters often come for Britbull Panama (trap 1) and he would be dangerous if avoiding trouble early on. Counting on the fitness levels of Front Loaded (trap 3), expect a bold showing.

With the bookmakers not being renowned for giving cash away, LAST OFFER (trap 6) will be offered up at skinny odds as he looks to hold all the aces. The market may prove the best guide to the chances of Lexis Salford (trap 1), but she looks dangerous. Jacktavern Bale (trap 4) has the talent to be a physical force and should figure.

On the balance of overall form, SWIFT ABANDON (trap 5) is the one they all have to beat and, it must be said, he may have got in very lightly here. Lissatouk Apollo (trap 3) has a fine chance to lead and may not be rubbed out too easily. Crying Old Karen (trap 1) seemed to win with a bit to spare so shouldn't be disgraced.

COOLOGUE SAM (trap 3) looks to hold sound credentials in this line-up and should be there or thereabouts at the business end. Water Catcher (trap 6) could well be the subject of market attention as she has a solid-enough chance. Ballynew Belle (trap 5) has the ability to make some noise and warrants consideration.
